Our Program
Our labradors are raised within our home as members of our family receiving daily interaction and play. Each dog is different and as such each dog receives training suited to their innate skills. However, training always begins with crates. We firmly believe that all dogs should be crate trained for their safety and wellbeing. Our dogs view their crates as a safe space and often run to them in any situation that they are unhappy with, namely nail trims.
When it comes to grooming we do our best to ensure our dogs nails are trimmed and filed weekly, teeth brushed monthly, and baths given during peak shedding season as well as when we find ourselves a bit too muddy. We feel this extra care to hygiene not only keeps our dogs healthy but also helps in training to deal with situations they may not be comfortable with.
Our dogs are regularly exposed to loud road noise, including burnouts from neighbors, large commercial trucks, as well as construction equipment. We hope these unavoidable noises provides us with well rounded puppies prepared to deal with anything life may throw at them.
